William (Bill) Cook

Rev. William (Bill) Cook is Founder and CEO of America’s Black Robe Regiment, a national association of clergy seeking to secure the Blessings of Liberty to our own and future generations of Americans. As a minister, Bill has served in several different churches over a period spanning years beginning in 1986, when he served as Regent University’s Assistant Campus Minister and Director of Student Life. Over the years he has pastored in Baptist, Anglican, and non-denominational churches, including Northway Christian Community in Wexford, Pennsylvania as Pastor of Maturity. During the summer of 2012, Bill sensed God’s call to begin enlisting and equipping pastors and their flocks to secure Liberty, and in September that same year, Founded the Black Robe Regiment in Virginia to raise up groups of pastors in every political jurisdiction in the Commonwealth, who would begin to assert their own and the vital leadership and influence of their congregations in civil government. In 2018, the organization was renamed to, “America’s Black Robe Regiment” to accommodate emerging interest in other states and is currently pursuing a vision of companies of pastors in every state and county in America. Rev. Cook and his wife Judy have been married 40 years, have five grown children, four married, and ten grandchildren; they live in Haymarket Virginia.
